Boundary expert/consent educator, Shawn Coleman, leads a virtual burning bowl ceremony designed to help us identify what no longer serves us and leave it behind in 2021. This Raw. Authentic. Conversation. (R..A.C.) will be a powerful experience that invites us to Relax, Relate, and Release (Shout out to all our "A Different World" fans!). At the end, we will be invited to powerfully call in a uniquely wonderful experience in the new year. A whole new world of possibilities is opening up for us.
Materials: Bring pieces of paper and a pen.
Optional: Bring a candle and a bowl of water.
